๐ŸŽฏ Capstone: Build Your One-Page Simple Living Plan

By Better Wise

The page you will actually use

Last lesson you placed a few anchors: a home that holds what you use, and routines that repeat without effort. Anchors only help if they survive a busy month.

So this is the project. Not a system, not an app, not a binder. One page. Something you can print, tape inside a cupboard door, and read in under two minutes on a tired Tuesday. If you could keep only one thing from this whole course, keep this page.

What earns a place on the page

Five blocks, each with a hard line limit. The limits are the point: they force you to choose.

Block What it holds Limit
Values filter Three core values plus one decision question 2 lines
30-day declutter list Four weekly targets, one area per week 4 lines
Spending rules Three rules, each with a number or a trigger 3 lines
Commitment limits A cap, a protected evening, one refusal line 3 lines
Routines Morning anchor, evening shutdown, weekly reset 3 lines

Here is what each one looks like when it is finished, not when it is aspirational.

Values filter. "I keep what gives me time with people I love, calm mornings, and work I can actually finish." Decision question: Does this buy me time, calm, or finished work? Pull the three values straight from your Module 1 notes rather than inventing new ones today.

30-day declutter list. Week 1: kitchen counter and the junk drawer. Week 2: wardrobe. Week 3: phone home screen and email inbox. Week 4: storage boxes labelled "one day". One area per week. Four weeks, then it stops.

In this lesson

  • An order for building it
  • How you know it is finished
  • What you carry forward
